How do you supervise my project?
Both Eric and Mike are very hands on. One or both of us are onsite thru out the day to ensure our expectation for quality craftsmanship. While not on site, we utilize working supervisors who know our expectations and can always get in contact with us for any questions.
How do you manage job selections?
We have many selection items that the client is responsible for making. We utilize an on-line platform that allows for the customer to make selections while documenting and tracking these changes.
How do you handle client communication during the project?
We utilize an on-line project management platform that allows the client to message us and for us to message the client while maintaining documentation and filing the communication under the correct specification or selection item.
