Founded in 1996, Eric Joffe Construction Corp is still a family owned and operated business.
As one of the premier custom home builders in Hampton Roads, we have a proven track record and more than 20 years of experience building and renovating luxury homes. We believe that quality is not enough when it comes to building or renovating your dream home. It takes the experience, guidance and dedication of a professional team to produce results that you will love. We undertake a limited number of projects at a time so that we can devote the time and attention we believe is needed on every job. It is this attention to every detail that enables us to deliver the quality and craftsmanship on which we have built our business and our reputation.

Eric and Mike are heavily involved on a daily basis at each on of our sites. It is with this oversite that we are able to pay close attention to every step of the process ensuring that the smallest of detail is not missed.
Eric Joffe
Founder & CEO
Eric Joffe and his wife Joan moved to Tidewater from Cape Town, South Africa in 1986 and have lived in the same neighborhood in Virginia Beach ever since. With a degree in engineering and an MBA, Eric launched Eric Joffe Construction Corp in 1996 after having been in residential construction for the previous 8 years. "We treat each house as if it were our own. Since inception, most of our clients have become our friends. When you work with us, you can be assured of our complete accessibility and attention."
Mike Simon
Vice President
Mike Simon, Eric Joffe's son-in-law, moved to Tidewater from Atlanta to join the family business in 2007. In addition to his involvement in the construction industry over the last 20 years, Mike serves several non-profits both locally and nationally. He has also served on the board of The United Jewish FederatIon of Tidewater and is still active in the Tidewater Jewish community. When not working or volunteering, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and loves boating, fishing and diving.
